Dr. Satyabrata Ghosh had completed his doctorate degree from Dept of FTBE, Jadavpur University Kolkata India. He got the “ERASMUS MUNDUS EUROPIAN UNION” one of the prestigious Scholarship for his Research work in University of Politecnica de Madrid, Spain. He was a Visiting Faculty in Dept of Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He also joined as a Research Associate in Dept of Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, W.B. His area of expertise in Fermentation, Antioxidant, Chemometric, Phage display Technique and Carbohydrate research. During COVID-19 pandemic he had developed low-cost surgical musk from STEP IIT Kharagpur and this product had been selected in IIT Kharagpur’s 75 innovation list in 2021. He has over 17 years of research experience and associated with several high impact national and international journal as an editor and reviewer.

Dr. Paramita Biswas is a plant biotechnologist and did Ph.D. from IIT, Kharagpur. She has 5 years of research experience in bioactive carbohydrates (Polysaccharide and Oligosaccharide), biochemistry of millet, prebiotic, probiotic, gut microbiomes. She holds Masters in Science (M.Sc.) in Botany from Presidency University, Kolkata.

Dr. Parthasarathi Bhattacharya has over 35 years of experience in commercial R&D of Agri Biotech and Food Science space. He is a promoter of Tierra Agrotech Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India; listed in BSE. He is distinguished alumni of IIT Kharagpur, India.

Arunima Jain has over 12 years of experience in private equity investments, M&A, business incubation and corporate strategy. Having invested and managed over USD $250mn globally, Arunima brings a valuable blend of sectoral expertise and a keen eye for high-potential businesses. An entrepreneur herself, Arunima is particularly enthusiastic about connecting the realms of research and academia with the vast business opportunities they possess.

Arunima has worked extensively across a wide spectrum of sectors including Financial Services, Petrochemicals, Fintech, Agritech, Retailtech, Proptech, Alternative Nutrition, Sustainable Energy, and Electric Mobility.

Arunima holds a gold medal in MBA from IIM Mumbai and B-Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from KIET, Ghaziabad.

Barun Kumar Datta has about 10 years of experience in quantitative finance and risk management space. His expertise lies in the application of quantitative models in solving business problems in financial institutions, e.g., regulatory capital modelling, derivatives pricing, credit rating, macroeconomic stress testing and loan impairment calculation. He has worked with global companies such as HSBC, EY, JPMorgan.

Barun holds masters degree in Applied Statistics and Operations Research from ISI Kolkata, and he is a FRM charter holder from GARP (USA).
